Il 25 ottobre si celebra in tutta Europa la Giornata Europea dei Teatri Storici, iniziativa promossa da
Perspectiv – Association of Historic Theatres in Europe, alla quale aderisce anche il Comune di
Sabbioneta con lo straordinario Teatro all’Antica, simbolo universale di arte, cultura e architettura
rinascimentale.
Il tema scelto per l’edizione 2025, “Il nostro teatro, la nostra storia!”, invita a riscoprire i teatri
storici come luoghi vivi, custodi della memoria artistica e delle idee che hanno attraversato i secoli,
continuando ancora oggi a unire persone e culture in tutta Europa.
Ogni palcoscenico racconta una storia, ogni sipario custodisce un frammento del nostro passato

European Historic Theatres Day – 25 October 2025
“Our Theatre, Our History!”
On 25 October, the European Historic Theatres Day is celebrated across Europe, an initiative
promoted by Perspectiv – Association of Historic Theatres in Europe, also joined by the City of
Sabbioneta with its extraordinary Teatro all’Antica, a universal symbol of art, culture, and
Renaissance architecture.
The theme chosen for the 2025 edition, “Our Theatre, Our History!”, invites us to rediscover
historic theatres as living places, guardians of the artistic memory and ideas that have crossed
centuries, still connecting people and cultures across Europe today.
Every stage tells a story, every curtain holds a fragment of our shared past. Let’s celebrate together
